This is round, thermally treated steel shot with a fine homogeneous structure of tempered martensite. Our production is outsourced producer who guarantees our technical parameters, such as hardness of 450 – 560 HV, porosity under 10% and density of at least 7200 kg/m³. The quality of our steel shot, including the packaging, is very high and conforms to the SAE J 444 standard. This material is perfect for most applications using casting wheels for blasting.

Our sharp-edged steel grit is made producer by crushing specially thermally treated granules of larger diameters. It is used in four different hardness grades (GS, GP, GL, GH) for surface cleaning and finishing. Blasting most commonly uses the GH grade with the hardness min. 700 HV. The quality of our steel grit, including the packaging, is very high and conforms to the SAE J 444 standard. Its principal application is in air blasters.

The high purity and high hardness of Grudzeń Las silica gravels meets the technical requirements for application in blasting (sandblasting) of both metal surfaces and construction components. Our silica gravels are 100 % environmentally friendly natural materials.
